As a result of drinking a lil’ too much wine over dinner, my brother and i had a slight hangover the next day. Whenever that happens, i always crave for something slightly more oily as my first meal to start the day. i also wanted to cook something easy and hearty at the same time. That’s when i found this perfect dish from my Made in Spain cookbook that is absolutely satisfying.
i love eggs. Not only do they simply taste good no matter how you cook them, they are also life savers when you are hungry and have insufficient ingredients in the fridge to cook up a meal. The runny yolk and scrumptious chorizos are an ideal match made in heaven!
If any consolation, i’ll certainly slice the chorizos thinner the next time i serve this dish. But to sum it all up, this is just DANGEROUSLY DELICIOUS. Try it!
