This is the last CNY post i have left to offer.
For more, we’ve gotta wait till next year~! That sounds like a long time, but feels like 2012’s just our next door neighbour.
Day 3 of CNY was spent mostly with my hometown homies. It was supposed to be a humongous group but these guys didn’t receive my new number after the lost of my iPhone, until Patrick bumped into my brother on the night of CNY #2. By then, half of them had to start work the next day already… 🙁
Anyway, for your viewing pleasure, here’s my CNY lunch :
The pretty Nasi Kerabu with,
AYAM
+
PENYET
=
AYAM PENYET! 😀
The many many homemade bungkuses of Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Penyet.
Now let’s see what’s happening @ the garden. 8)
Uncle & maid diggin’ the coconuts?
Fresh coconut water & flesh! <3 this MAX (how can you possibly not love anything fresh + refreshing?)
i think i can read kids’ mind. This is Julian boy wishing he could swim in the big pool instead of the jacuzzi. haha!!
Then my homies & i made a visit to one of our homies who just became a father. This is his adorable baby boy.
i spent most of the time fussing around the baby while the guys,
were checking out girls on Facebook! HELLO?! i’m a girl too? lol~
Our last CNY dinner @ Labis consists of :
Our tasty King Dish of the night : Wu Xi Pai Gu (Wu Xi Ribs)
Our ‘fake’ Vegetarian Plate ( cuz there are some abalones in there =x )
My family’s Favourite Traditional Casserole Egg Dish.
Crunchy, crispy, deep fried Sandwiched Lotus.
The Famous Paper Wrapped Chicken.
*Yum Yumsss~*
After dinner it was time for more pai nian rounds in the village :
Saw a stuck kong ming ten on the electrical wires that made everyone continuously kan ceong for 10 minutes.
Found an old picture of my brother & Patrick – LOL – can i just PINCH your tits, GUYS?!
Pulled a crossed-eye mimic for ex-classmate slash neighbour, Ah Syh.
Mischievous boy | Me | Ah Syh | Teik Hui | Patrick | Ah He | Ah Heng
And that concludes my Chinese New Year celebration for this bunny year. i hope you had a good one too! ^_^
