it’s Wednesday again aaannd you bet!
here’s another Fashion Wednesday post on a couple of simple ways to dress up the Hollywood style, brought to you by The Pop Look!
today’s focus is on how to ‘wear’ your hair up,
and still have that model(y) vibe!
Look 1 :
The Cut Out Dress as seen worn by Alexis Bledel.
the 1st thing you need, is of course the dress. here i’m wearing MINKPINK Waisting Away Mini Dress in black.
second main thing you need, is a pair of black heels. it can be something very simple and classic, or something more rock-ish and edgy. up to your taste.
moving on to accessories, Alexis keeps is simple and sexc by wearing a pair of sliver earrings & bracelet. basically, those are the only things you need.
a pair of dangling silver earrings, not studs.
a charm bracelet.
and remember the black clutch!
as for the hair, give it a clean sweep by pulling it all back into a neat ponytail.
luurrrvve the sexc side cut outs!
and there you have the Alexis Bledel look achieved in a few seconds. 8)
Look 2 :
Miranda Kerr, as seen in a black T maxi and the flowy grey scarf.
yet another simple modelistic look to achieve.
You will need :
A Grey Sleeve Maxi from thepoplook.com
a giant scarf – the ‘flowier‘ the better! i admit mine’s too straight.
for hair and shoes :
tie your hair into a bun like this,
and slip into your favourite pair of plain black flats / sandals / ballets!
so breezzzyyyyy~ 😀
as for accessories, notice Kerr’s left hand. allow me to break it down for you in details :
she wears 2 rings, a plain gold bracelet, and that’s it!
there you go. easy easy easy. what you need most importantly, is a plain maxi dress.
for both looks, keep the make up really clean, natural, and simple for that modelicious beauty that shines from within.
