I’ve written tons of blog posts but this must be the most exclusive, priceless piece yet: A one-of-a-kind, personalized, ala VVIP trip to the Airbus factory in France. Indeed, it is an experience money can’t buy (even if you could, I wouldn’t want to imagine its price).
From the offices to factories, lunch la vie en rose to exploring the luxurious mock-up centre; which only Airbus staffs and their clients can enter – We did it all thanks to AirAsia X for planning such a generous gesture. Now I’d love to share this journey with you. Shall we begin? 🙂
{Secretly, in Europe I find it hard to believe that we are sharing the same sun}
{High flyer}
{an interesting piece of art at the hallway of Room 6, B02 that really caught my eye . . .}
{So much that I had to snap a picture next to it}
{Good-to-know fun fact}
{An airplane’s anatomy}
{Just to give you an idea of how complicated an airplane looks like from the inside}
{Those dreamy little windows . . .}
{4-level office and toolboxes}
{The white windows you see on the left are actually gates that will be opened once the airplanes are ready to be tested outside}
{Yummy . . . These remind me of liver pate and chorizo 😛 }
{Moving on, our next visit: The A380}
{Outfit post details here}
{On the right, you’ll see 2 parts of an A380’s body separated like so}
{And it looks like it’s smiling at you 😀 }
{Can you lift this baby higher?}
{Did you know? That’s indeed a LOT}
{New wings}
{Answer: An air conditioner for the plane! Looks like some kinda donut from Simpsons 😆 }
{Wanna work in an Airbus factory office? Para me, sî!}
{This is how the end of our A380 factory visit looks like. This corner gave me a very strong deja vu feeling so I decided to capture it and bring it home. Somehow I still feel related to it; not sure the reason behind this queerness. Perhaps I am a recycled soul}
{Can’t get more literal than the name here, especially with a glass or two of sparkling champagne. Cheers to life!}
{Full blown post of the Xcintillating PhoeniX here}
{As I stood opposite that stranger of a man, facing this sophisticated building, I can’t stop wondering to myself – “Imagine what would it be like to work here in Airbus, Toulouse?” That’d be so damn awesome, don’t you think?!}
{Opened my eyes to all the wonderful possibilities an Airbus plane can do during this very exclusive session – the absolute highlight of my day}
{Absorbing all that luxurious glow in this special Airbus. Have you ever experienced anything like that?}
{And sealed my Airbus visit with a kiss}
