Ai’s car broke down after servicing (FOL) so we cruised around Brisbane by bus.

apparently it is really quite normal that air asia puts you on hold for that long. coincidentally i just called airasia too and they had the operator talking to me for more than half an hour too, before someone picked up my call to assist me. T___T
