[AD] A Rainforest Day Dream
As a proud anak Malaysia, i’ve visited all 12 states in the country but one – Sarawak. i’ve been wishing to go there and visit Kenny Sia one day with hope that he could take me around and eat the best kolo mee in town. Somehow it never happened. 🙁
Then i got lucky. i am going on a sponsored trip by AirAsia and Sarawak Tourism Board tomorrow to . . . SARAWAK! There is no better time to experience this big bold beautiful state than now.
The Rainforest World Music Festival, an annual three day music festival celebrating the diversity of world music, nestled against the base of Mount Santubong, Kuching, is happening tomorrow, from 28th to 30th June. Will i see you there? 😉

This festival features a wide range of performances from contemporary, to world fusion, and folk music using both traditional acoustic and electric instruments. Think: Cultural and craft displays, food stalls, music workshops and concerts; which brand the festival as one of the largest musical events in Malaysia. It all sounds so exciting! 8)
