Arroz con setas, alcachofas y sepia

While paella is a rice dish cooked in a traditional round paella pan, arroces can be cooked in any pan!; which is why i think i love cooking it more (because i don’t own a paella pan). Arroces simply means rice dishes. They can be soupy, while paellas tend to be drier. Even though my cuttlefish might not be the handsomest cuttlefish you’ve ever seen, i ensure you it tastes better than any cuttlefish you’ve ever tasted. At least my mum gave me credit for that. 😛 This dish uses Sofrito; which is seen at my previous post.
