Crêpes Suzette


Throughout the long weekend (while endlessly editing pictures from my trip to France), I decided to make myself a delicious Sunday morning treat. During my short 5 days there, breakfast sophistication was nothing beyond croissants as they came with the hotel. This recipe is by my favorite gent French chef, Avec Eric. I promise it is unbelievably simple, fuss-free, short and sweet but its taste – a million dollars euros. Falling in love with this is so easy. Once I tried it, I can’t get it out of my head!
