Cin City

When we were young, our world appeared to be painted in 7 bright, bold colors – the colors of the rainbow. Black was never my color but as i enter my mid-twenties, i seem to be naturally drawn to darker, more neutral tones – navy blue, burgundy, olive, quartz grey, ecru / cornsilk. Most obvious moment of realization? When pink looks appalling to me unless it is cameo pink. In today’s outfit post, i’m pairing 2 of my most basic black pieces, glittering it up with my favorite pair of ‘Lady Gaga‘ platform heels to balance out the onyx with a dash of fantasy.
