Short post update on Carpet
A shelter is very important for hedgehogs. They can live without them, but that will result to having cowardly hedgies.
This is how Carpet looks like when she sleeps without any shelter – all curled up into a ball.
For a few months I’ve been trying to find the ‘right’ shelter for her. Tried a few (failed) options before we arrived to the right one :
A toilet tissue-role case cover. It can’t fit because it JUST CAN’T FIT!
My basket to keep hair bands and accessories… Too small for her size and there’s no ENTRANCE.
Then I found a green ‘igloo’ for her at a pet shop! =D
Carpet was so excited she sniffed the ‘igloo’ (that’s their way of checking and making sure that the place is safe) and quickly squeeze herself in.

No more snoozing until even your curl becomes sideways, Carpet!
Too bad I can’t hug her – I guess the only one who can do so is herself. Haha!! See the picture above; her lil’ paws crisscrossed over her body?

p/s: Finally, I’ll do a makeup post tomorrow! I know, I know, there are countless of makeup blogs / posts around, but I’ve been receiving countless of emails or blog comments on how I do mine.
