it depends on your body type. most people’s piercings would remain looking nice even after that many amount of years. If you plan on having kids (in 20 years, i’m assuming that you’d want them), you can change the type of navel ring that you have to a flexible one (plastic) and it should look alright even after that. just look at Britney spears’s. Hers look alright even after having kids.
