All is based on the votes, and the judges are there to give the voters their opinion so that the voters can decide who to vote. The 1st season's voting system is indeed crap because it has no boundaries on how many votes you can put in a day and weeks. Same like Malaysian Idol Season 2. Do you think Daniel Lee was any better than Nita? It was his good looks that 'generated' votes from the teenagers. Not that he can perform better than Nita. I'm sorry if i've offended anyone..or his fans. It will be a different thing if it were the judges' decision in the finals for MDG. Anyways, there will be MDG Season 2, i heard.
